Artwork may be faxed, mailed or emailed to your customer service representative or to artwork@smiawards.com. Preferred digital file formats include .cdr (version 9 or earlier), freehand (version 10 or earlier), .ai or .eps (mac or pc on all), but we also accept .jpg, .tif, .gif, .doc. If you don't have artwork or a logo, no problem! We will create something for you.

Individual Photographs may be mailed as prints, on disk or emailed to artwork@smiawards.com. Digital images (jpg or tif) must be approximately 3" x 5" and at minimum 300dpi. Please compress larger files before emailing.

Team Photographs may be mailed as prints, on disk or emailed to artwork@smiawards.com. Digital images (jpg or tif) must be approximately 5" x 7" to 7" x 9" and at minimum 300dpi. Please compress larger files before emailing.

All rosters must be typed with correct order of individuals as they appear in photograph. Handwritten lists will not be accepted. We prefer to receive roster as a word processing document via email or on disk, but we will accept a mailed hard copy. Please do not fax.
